What is a MasterMind Group?

A MasterMind Group is like a 'virtual board'. Essentially it brings together non-competing businesses in a confidential environment where you can share your business issues and get advice from your peers.

It is facilitated by an experienced business person who knows what it is like to run your own business - how remote you can feel when the buck ultimately stops with you.

How does it work?

The group will meet each month for 3 hours to discuss business issues with your peers; the intention being to leverage the combined experience of other business owners in the group.

In addition, you will have access to tried and tested marketing strategies, advice and mentoring/support outside of the meetings from the host.

Most business owners are being run by the business rather than the other way round; fighting the daily fires, dealing with staff, managing the finance - well you know what it's like!
